I was a huge fan of Beulah, and it feels like I’ve been waiting for this album for years. And I just ran across it this morning!

Lots of wild and crazy in this one.

    Also, I met him after I saw his show (which ruled). Louie and MW sort of forced me to meet him. And he was a massively cool guy. Just really awesome, everything you’d hope. Cool, funny, and really nice and really genuine. The new stuff sounded great … and he played Emma Blowgun’s Last Stand, Landslide Baby (so awesome!), Popular Mechanics for Lovers, and a medley of Man on the Moon / Gene Autry / You’re Only King Once. Great show.
